Guidelines

YourPhotos accounts are for personal use and for our members to share photos that they have created themselves.

Your use of YourPhotos is subject to these Guidelines and our Terms and Conditions .

By uploading images to YourPhotos.com you agree to the following guidelines:

Photos should NOT contain any nudity, sexual content, graphic depictions of drug or alcohol use, racial images, violent or offensive material. Please note: DO NOT reference any of the above items or any offensive language in your photo tags or photo descriptions.

Images must not violate any local, county, state, or federal laws on obscene or indecent material.

No illegal content that may violate copyrights without permission from the original owner. Photos must be yours and not licensed or owned by another party. Submitting images owned by other interests may be a violation of their legal rights.

No advertising materials, business cards, brochures or business related material are permitted. Do not upload web graphics such as banners or logos. YourPhotos should not be used for commercial purposes.

Each photo uploaded may be no larger than 10MB

YourPhotos reserves the right to remove any image for any reason whatsoever. Specifically, any image uploaded that is pornographic in nature, infringes upon copyrights not held by the up-loader, is illegal or violates any laws, will be immediately deleted.

Do not upload photos that contain any of the following material:

  • Sexual content
  • Graphic depictions of drug or alcohol use
  • Violent images or comments
  • Racial images or comments
  • Swearwords in titles, tags or descriptions
